Our current project is the development opportunity of a 36 acre oceanfront parcel just south of Gregory town, Eleuthera, Bahamas. There is a limited amount of affordable home sites on Eleuthera, so developing a large parcel into affordable lots is intended to serve this demand. Presently we have a signed purchase agreement and are expected to receive final approval from the Investment Board shortly. |
